Batches & Traceability

Complete Origin and Quality Documentation for Every Oud Batch

Transparency is central to our work. Every production batch of oud oil is assigned a unique batch number and backed by a comprehensive Certificate of Analysis (COA). We document where, when, and how each lot was sourced and distilled, so buyers can verify provenance with clarity.

Batch records include harvest location (GPS-linked), tree species and estimated age, harvest date, and distillation profile. Each lot can also be supported by a GC-MS chromatogram, which provides a chemical fingerprint for authenticity and purity confidence.

Documented, Not Assumed

Traceability is supported by records and verification documents, not marketing claims.

What Every Traceable Batch File Contains

Batch ID + COA

Unique production code with lot-level technical summary, distillation reference, and core quality notes.

Geotagged Origin Data

Forest plot references and sourcing zone documentation linked to regional origin records.

GC-MS Fingerprint

Laboratory chromatogram profile used to validate agarwood composition and screen for adulteration risk.

Compliance Packet

Supporting documentation for international fragrance and trade requirements as needed.

Verification Pillars for Buyers

Geotagged Origin

Each batch ties back to a specific Northeast India sourcing region, supported by Certificate of Origin references and CITES-aligned export documentation workflows.

Quality Verification

GC-MS lab reports support the claim that each oil is authentic agarwood with no dilution, no synthetic extension, and no fragrance additive blending.

Regulatory Coverage

We can provide SDS, TDS, IFRA support files, and allergen declarations depending on buyer destination and application requirements.

Traceability Workflow

  1. Source Record: Forest location, supplier identity, and harvest context captured.
  2. Distillation Record: Copper still run details logged with method and duration.
  3. Lab Validation: GC-MS and technical review compiled for lot assurance.
  4. Buyer Dossier: Documents packaged into a batch-level file for customer verification.
This batch-by-batch traceability model gives buyers confidence in exactly when, where, and how each oud lot was sourced and distilled.
